How is my order shipped?

After an order is accepted, fulfillment typically takes one to two business days. The product, quantity, packaging, and destination are checked before the parcel enters the carrier network.

Radix uses discreet, temperature-aware packaging and established carriers such as USPS, FedEx, or DHL as appropriate. The carrier and service can vary by destination and shipment. Tracking becomes available after dispatch, not when the order is first submitted.
