What should I do if a package is delayed, damaged, or arrives warm?

Photograph the outer parcel, shipping label, internal packaging, vial or product label, and visible damage. Keep the tracking history and note when the parcel was received. Do not discard the material or packaging until support has reviewed the report.

Surface temperature at delivery does not by itself establish the full time-temperature history or chemical condition of the contents. Send the product name, delivery time, tracking information, packaging condition, and any known exposure details so the issue can be evaluated against available product information.
