For an order, include the order number, purchaser name, and the specific issue. For a COA or testing question, include the exact product name. For shipping damage, also include tracking information and photographs.

Do not send passwords, complete card details, bank credentials, or unnecessary personal information through the contact form or ordinary email. Radix aims to respond within one business day, although complicated shipping, laboratory, or international questions can require additional investigation.
