What Temperature Can Change
Peptides can undergo chemical changes such as oxidation, deamidation, bond cleavage, or other reactions, as well as physical changes such as aggregation. The dominant pathway and rate are product-specific.
A lyophilized cake and a reconstituted solution are different physical systems. Evidence for one form should not be silently transferred to the other.

What the Evidence Does Not Establish
A general statement that freeze-dried peptides are more stable does not establish a safe temperature or excursion time for a particular Radix vial. Published results on another sequence, excipient system, moisture level, or container are analog evidence—not a product specification.
- No catalog-wide safe extreme-heat threshold is established.
- No external study substitutes for exact-formulation, exact-container data.
- A release-time COA does not describe an unmonitored later temperature excursion.

The Radix Heat-Excursion Study
The proposed study compares retained controls with defined time-temperature excursions using replicate samples in their final container closure. The analytical profile should include stability-indicating chromatography, intact-mass analysis, moisture, appearance, reconstitution behavior, and an aggregation or particle method appropriate to the compound.
Until those results exist, the scientifically honest status for every active catalog item is: exact Radix formulation heat-excursion tolerance not yet established. Cold-chain shipping is therefore a precautionary control, not a claim that every brief excursion destroys every product.
