Are testing documents included in the package?

The physical shipment does not need to contain a printed certificate for testing documentation to be available. Where a product page provides a COA link, that is the fastest route. Otherwise, contact Radix with the exact product name.

Keep the product label, order number, and downloaded document together in the research record. If the product information does not match, pause interpretation and contact support rather than assuming the document applies.
